This was written on the basis of an inspirational meeting.
The words will tell the tale!
A normal day,
In a normal store,
And with my wife,
As was before,
With hearing aids,
I was a sight,
And she pursued,
In her delight,
With signing speech,
She read my lips,
With news of help,
She did equip,
To tell me where,
They teach my hands,
To share my words,
And thoughts which stand,
She had to run,
Just to catch me,
If there was chance,
To set me free,
With resource help,
To give a start,
What she did share,
Was her own heart,
So then I thought,
What would life be,
If we all tried,
Like her to be?
Pursuing chance,
To do some right,
And add our love,
To light the night.
