Andrzej Rosiewicz - "The Gift of Andrzej"

Andrew Rosiewicz was in San Diego yesterday! This is a wonderful Polish performer who lifted thousands of hearts during the trying times of socialism and martial law, performed before presidents including Gorbachev, and tonight he performed for us.  I am honored to have met him, and my heart is filled with joy.

He gave me a gift that night.  I have been worried that my writing would never sell and that my name would never be widely known.  As I saw this legend perform and make us laugh I learned something.  Being known by many is nothing in comparison to how we can powerfully affect a few.
